At moov personal training we challenge conventional training to help you develop well beyond what you thought was possible in a supportive environment.

We treat the body as a WHOLE and not the individual parts, you can see this in our training methods. Your body is the best piece of equipment you'll ever own, we believe training should be dynamic; functional; stimulating; efficient; progressive and leave you feeling lively; invigorated; connected; strong and inspired!

Our personal trainers coach you along the way to make sure you build a deeper understanding of your body and how to get the best from it. Our revolutionary movement assessment will enable us to make sure you're moving well and iron out any issues that come up as a result of previous or current injury or movement habits.

We offer personalised programs for all levels of fitness and age, whether it’s focused on injury prevention; rehabilitation; weight loss; core function; flexibility; muscle gain or a combination of the above. All our trainers are highly educated and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the highest quality service.

Your Head Personal Trainer, Mary, is FMS (Functional Movement Systems), SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) & NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) certified, She is a Master Rehab Trainer & continues to educate herself on a daily basis on all things anatomical & movement therapy related.
