Minh Buu offers an unrivalled selection of Chinese food prepared in the kitchen by our very experienced chef.

The food so far has been described as “succulent”, “delicious” and “scrumptious” all this in the first week of trading and still continued.

Originally a Cantonese custom, dim sum is linked to the Chinese tradition of “YUM CHA” or drinking tea.
Yum cha dishes include a range of steam and fried specialties, including seafood and meat dumplings.
Examples of desserts are custard sesame balls, custard tarts and mango pancakes.
Yum cha is a special time for family and friends to spend together while enjoying intriguing dim sum tastes and flavours.
