Come and join me for weekly meditation in the Pinnacle of Zen. Now offering Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evening times at 7PM.
Each evening offers a different meditation practice, suitable for beginners to advanced. Below is a deeper description of what each meditation involves.
7PM-8PM Tune in Tuesday's are all about tuning into your psychic senses and for spiritual development to find your purpose within, finishing with oracle card readings, sharing and Zen Tea.
7PM-8PM Think Less Thursday Meditation focuses on breath work and mindfulness exercises to help calm the mind, relax tension and release anxiety. We finish our practice with oracle card readings, sharing and Zen Tea.
