Established in 1989, K & A Building Pty Ltd has developed a strong reputation as the leading building company of its type in the area specializing in Residential and Commercial Projects under the stewardship of its sole owners and operators Bill and Melissa Kerr.
Bill has over 40 years experience in the building industry and is a BSA house and commercial builder. In addition, he is fully licensed to remove asbestos and is accredited to transport the asbestos to the nearest waste disposal facility.
More recently K & A Building has gained its license for demolition work and owns a excavator, skid steer and tip truck.
